There are some ways to protect flash games and movies.
You could 'sitelock' them with AS (emanueleferonato. com/2008/03/10/how-to-sitelock-a-flas h-movie) or protect them with a program (avimpeg. net/flash_protection.htm)
I don't know how much does this help with converter programs.
The movies will not run offline or on other domains which means they could probably not been converted as well.
But I am not sure...
