That sucks to hear. I can imagine I would be just as upset in your shoes too. I'd report him just the same as you did. But I guess if there were a bright side to this, or a higher road.... You could look at it that he is sharing the work you've made with more people. Which is a good thing, because your work is kick ass. However, It is completely fucked up that he is claiming them as his own and not giving you credit. I just figure him as an overly impressionable 10 year old with no talent of is own, hopefully looking to overcompensate for that by uploading good animator's vids. I'd pity the kid instead of hate him.

On another note, damn, maybe this is how Metallica feels... fuck.. Just kidding. Well maybe not, stealing is stealing?

Maybe this is the darkside of the internet, that there is so little stopping people from doing this, it might not even seem wrong to some people. The same way we feel nothing by using utorrent, ect..

But back to the higher note. When an artists achieves a level of recognition, and resonates with people, it becomes a part of society, not just the artists project.. Don't tell that to George Lucas, but to some extent you have to realize this is at the highest form of flattery. Your artwork became tangible and is living a life of it's own now, where you might not have little to any control over. This is the best and shittiest part, but deep down, maybe it's good. If you want to look on the bright side.

I am pretty sure that if you contact Youtube, they would take it down due to the fact that it is breaking the law. Seeing as your name appears at the end of the video, only proves that "ricepirate.newgrounds.com" (a.k.a. you) owns the copyright to that video. Therefore, if Youtube denies your request to take it down (which is downright illegal), you have the right to take court action. I am pretty sure then they would take the video down without question since they already have enough troubles with the copyrighted videos by Viacom and other companies.

I know people have already said this, but Oney hasn't done it once, he's done it tons o' times. It might be a little tedious doing the form over and over again, but after about 5 flags, the account will be permanently banned.

Since you filed a complaint to Youtube, I do not know how long ago; but if it was recently, you should give it a couple of days until you file a complaint on Youtube themselves for their negligence on your current situation. I have a strong feeling that Youtube just wants you to give in, like Egoraptor and Oney, and join their site. Thereby, uploading all of your flashes to their site and becoming a "Youtube Partner". I know you probably do not want to go through with this possible "small claims court" case, but if you are really that frustrated over the theft of your flashes, it is only necessary that you follow through with it.
